Empower youth through Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps as a Bilingual Intake and Support Worker. This hybrid role focuses on fostering positive camper experiences through support and community outreach.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Registration and Travel, you'll manage the registration process for campers, ensuring effective communication and documentation. You will work independently while collaborating with various community agencies and families to guide youth from underserved backgrounds, ensuring their readiness for camp.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage camper registration processes efficiently
• Provide exceptional service to French-speaking families
• Oversee follow-up on mental and behavioral health
• Arrange travel logistics for campers
• Maintain accurate camper support documentation

Requirements:
• Graduate in Social Work or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years' relevant experience with youth
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Experience with marginalized communities
• Robust attention to detail and time management
