Become a part of Aecon's team as a Heavy Civil Estimator in Fredericton, New Brunswick, aiding in the successful delivery of critical infrastructure throughout Western Canada. Your precision in estimating will drive project efficiency and cost management.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive cost estimates on large-scale projects, including earthworks and dams. Drawing on your 10 or more years of relevant experience, you will analyze project specifications and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project success. The position also involves regular travel to sites to assess conditions firsthand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop competitive civil works cost estimates
• Analyze drawings and proposals effectively




• Conduct project site reviews before final pricing
• Maintain estimating systems for data integrity
• Support prequalification and risk management processes

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of civil estimation experience
• University degree or equivalent background
• Robust ability to read construction specifications
• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software
• Valid driver’s license for travel needs
