Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective implementation plans for clinical programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care




• Lead initiatives for quality improvement and successful outcomes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Monitor team performance and engagement levels

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with at least 3 years in long-term care
• Supervisory experience in healthcare preferred
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records systems
• Solid clinical and leadership skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care
