In this part-time role, you will manage BASC programming across various school sites, focusing on child development and safety. You’ll champion YMCA values, guide staff through coaching, and engage hands-on in delivering high-quality care and supervision for school-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the supply distribution for BASC programs
• Communicate effectively with BASC team leads
• Conduct site visits to uphold program standards
• Provide operational support during staffing shortages
• Offer guidance on child supervision practices
Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience with school-aged children
• Strong grasp of age-appropriate programming
• Ability to communicate YMCA policies effectively
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Early Childhood Education certification is an asset
