As the Millwright Supervisor, you will direct all aspects of mechanical installations and maintenance while emphasizing quality, safety, and efficiency. Oversee epoxy grouting processes and ensure the precision of equipment alignments in a role ideal for those committed to excellence. Full-time or project/T&M; options available.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily workload of millwright teams responsibly
• Execute and plan epoxy grout mixing and verification
• Verify laser alignment of all rotating machinery




• Manage inspections and equipment overhaul processes
• Conduct safety huddles, adhering to HSE standards

Requirements:
• Interprovincial Red Seal / Journeyman Millwright certification
• Proven experience in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of epoxy grouting methods and documentation
• Strong precision alignment interpretation skills required
• Relevant safety certifications preferred
