This role requires over seven years of progressive accounting and finance experience, particularly with acquisition integrations and ASC 805. You will manage a dedicated team of three, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance while effectively communicating financial insights across departments. Your leadership will be key in fostering an environment of excellence in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee acquisition integrations and purchase accounting
• Execute the complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process




• Prepare and review key financial documentation and reports
• Maintain and improve general ledger systems
• Develop a robust team, setting transparent expectations

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in accounting or finance
• At least 4 years managing accounting personnel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• Solid experience in ASC 805 and purchase accounting
• Familiarity with ERP systems, NetSuite experience is preferable
