This full time role within our Water Business Line Delivery team requires a proactive Digital Enablement Specialist with significant experience in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the adoption of AI tools, enhance communication, and streamline workflows. Your expertise in deploying solutions will greatly impact how we sustain and manage our invaluable water resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders for AI use case identification
• Coordinate opportunities across business units




• Deliver training sessions on AI tooling
• Design and deploy Copilot agents for workflows
• Maintain resources and libraries of digital tools

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 solutions experience
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on AI platform evaluation experience
