You will collaborate closely with Project Teams and Construction Safety Officers, providing the technical expertise needed to uphold safety standards. Your contributions will enhance organizational safety culture through continuous improvement and solid leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and enhance Safety Management Systems across projects
• Support Project Teams with safety processes and documentation
• Manage incident investigations and ensure compliance with regulations




• Develop and track safety training and certification programs
• Monitor safety metrics for reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• 7+ years of progressive HSE experience in construction
• Post-secondary Occupational Health & Safety education
• Completion of CSO/NCSO and hands-on application in construction
• Preferred designations like CRSP, CSP, or CHSC
• Strong grasp of Canadian OHS legislation and safety management
