You will advise on a broad spectrum of employment matters, helping to navigate complex terminations and claims within our diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the establishment of Beacon’s employment legal function
• Collaborate with HR to develop critical policies
• Advise on employee terminations and separations




• Field questions and manage employment disputes
• Create reusable legal templates and playbooks

Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. from a recognized Canadian law school
• Over 6 years of relevant employment law experience
• In-depth understanding of employment legislation
• Practical experience managing claims and litigations
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
