Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and adjust care plans based on client needs
• Document and report on clients’ conditions effectively
• Support development of nursing knowledge and skills




• Inform nursing supervisor regarding any client changes
• Participate actively in team meetings and rotations

Requirements:
• Positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• First Aid or CPR Certification required
• Registered Nurse or Registered Practice Nurse diploma/degree
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle needed
