Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, in-office

Salary: $60,000/year + Bonuses

Location: Winston Park Drive & Dundas Street, Oakville

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our client's team in Oakville. This position plays an important role in supporting our customers, sales and service teams, suppliers, and accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and qualified customer service by phone, email, and in person
Process sales, service, purchase orders, quotes, and invoices accurately using Sage 100 ERP
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding orders and delivery updates
Prepare pick sheets, shipping documents, and other order paperwork
Assist with inventory tracking and ensure orders and documentation are accurate




Support accounts receivable and accounts payable, including cash receipts, invoices, and payment follow-ups
Maintain organized records and ensure company procedures and timelines are followed
Provide backup support to other team members and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Learn and develop knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes

Requirements:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
Customer-focused with a qualified and positive approach
An effective written and verbal communicator
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys learning
Comfortable working with computer systems (Sage 100 ERP)
