Dre’s Hair Salon and Beauty Supply is a barbershop specializing in afro hair, skin fade, hair tattoo located in Kelowna, BC. We are looking for a Full-Time Salon Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $36.60/hour.

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Dre’s Hair Salon
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Prepare daily cash‑out reports, track sales, and deposit revenue
- Assist with payroll preparation by tracking hours worked and reporting to the payroll service/provider
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies




- Order and maintain adequate stock levels of hair and beauty products, tools, and supplies
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective feedback

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in barbering, administration, or sales
- Completion of high school
- Must have robust management and customer service skills
- Language in the workplace is English
