Steer Health, Safety, and Environment strategies at TB Non-Union in Terrebonne, QC. This full-time, on-site position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in a heavy industrial environment.

As the Director, you will establish a transparent OHS strategy while fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Your leadership will bridge the gap between operations and strategic goals, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management. Engage with teams to implement robust safety systems and promote a sustainable environmental approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cultural transformation for OHS practices
• Oversee emergency response program and readiness
• Collaborate on capital expenditures for safety




• Monitor environmental compliance and risks
• Guide OHS team development and engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years in OHS roles within heavy industry
• Significant change management experience
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Membership with Canadian Council of Certified Safety Professionals is a plus
