Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee projects from feasibility to warranty
• Establish KPIs and operational priorities for the team
• Enhance project delivery through sustainable practices

• Strengthen financial performance and budget management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 15+ years in progressive construction leadership
• Experience leading teams overseeing substantial projects
• Knowledge of municipal approvals and procurement regulations
• Leadership in safety and quality assurance practices
