In this vital full time role, you will leverage over 7 years of CI experience to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your insight into manufacturing efficiency will inform training efforts and the execution of the Prestige Performance System. As a subject matter expert, you will implement systematic methodologies like DMAIC and support site-based CI culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic CI training agendas with departments
• Manage the Factory Operational Master Plan governance
• Lead CI projects to deliver on KPIs and performance
• Coach manufacturing teams in process improvement
• Analyze performance metrics for ongoing enhancements
Requirements:
• 7+ years of CI experience in manufacturing
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification mandatory
• Demonstrated success in project management
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Understand TPM steps for operational excellence
