Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process engineering on capital projects
• Oversee deliverables from junior engineers
• Execute process optimization studies in key systems
• Collaborate with engineers to explain proposals
• Lead mentoring initiatives for junior engineers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 7 to 15 years of experience in process engineering
• P.Eng. certification is necessary
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven problem-solving and planning abilities
