This senior leadership position focuses on guiding the Nation’s engagement and communication effectiveness. You will strategically advise leadership on initiatives and reinforce Sḵwx̱wú7mesh values in all internal and external communications. Your leadership will foster an informed and engaged community aligned with the Nation's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning and performance measurement for communication initiatives
• Provide leadership advice to senior executives
• Develop comprehensive engagement strategies for community outreach




• Enhance internal messaging and connection to organizational vision
• Manage media relations and public communications flow

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• 8–10 years’ experience in senior communication roles
• At least 5 years in leadership or team management
• Robust project management and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Sḵwx̱wú7mesh history and context preferred
