Key Responsibilities:
• Address resident and family concerns proactively
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the care workplace
• Observe and report safety-related issues promptly
• Coordinate care efforts with external agencies
• Participate in training for skill development

Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program or equivalent
• Experience supporting seniors in community settings
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Recommended certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Willingness to secure a Vulnerable Sector Check
