This position, reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, involves providing essential finance management for approximately 15 retirement communities. You will oversee financial reporting, coach analysts, and develop robust internal controls. Bring your full-cycle accounting expertise and ability to thrive in a multi-site setting to ensure each community operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations for a portfolio of communities
• Conduct month-end review and reporting of financials
• Coach and mentor your finance team for improved performance




• Strengthen compliance and reporting standards
• Collaborate on audits and finance projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 5 to 8+ years of finance or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations
• Experience with Yardi or similar accounting systems
• Excellent analytical and teamwork skills
