As part of the Nordik Spa team and under the direction of the Customer Experience Manager, you will welcome guests, handle their inquiries, and keep our facilities immaculate. This role is vital in enhancing the guest experience as you help clients explore all that our wellness retreat offers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests at the reception
• Address guest inquiries about spa services
• Process reservations and maintain accurate records
• Ensure cleanliness of treatment areas and guest facilities
• Communicate vital information to enhance guest experience

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service is beneficial
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Ability to lift weights up to 10 kg regularly
