Reporting to the Director, you will direct the Paediatric Medical Day Unit and Minor Procedure Room, ensuring efficient delivery of care for children in southwestern Ontario. Your role will require a blend of clinical oversight and strategic management, ensuring adherence to LHSC's mission and values while working closely with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of the PMDU and Minor Procedure Room
• Manage human resources and departmental budgeting
• Develop and support team members through mentoring




• Implement process improvements and clinical initiatives
• Foster collaboration within and outside the department

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in a healthcare discipline, preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years in healthcare leadership roles
• Clinical and/or management experience in Pediatrics preferred
• Certificate of Registration in a health profession
• Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
