This position requires reporting to the Director of Human Resources while acting as a partner to support leaders with their HR needs. You will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations, making sure that organizational practices align with compliance standards. You will also lead initiatives for performance management, workforce planning, and health safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to organizational leaders
• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives




• Provide guidance on employee relations and inspections
• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate on health and safety compliance initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience, emphasizing payroll operations
• Relevant degree in HR or equivalent experience
• Understanding of labor laws in Canada and the USA
• Preferred HR certification (CHRP, SHRM-CP)
• Robust skills in conflict resolution and employee coaching
