Alberta Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home nursing care in the County of Flagstaff. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, report to the Care Manager, and supervise Health Care Aides while managing patient care in a rural community.
Your role emphasizes assessment, planning, and delivery of client- and family-centred care across all developmental stages in the community, with emphasis on wound and palliative care, teaching, and team-oriented problem
