Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver thorough primary care to an independent member panel
• Implement clinical protocols with the Medical Director
• Review complex cases and provide peer consultations




• Support physician onboarding and clinical education
• Assist in regulatory compliance initiatives

Requirements:
• MD with completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• 3-7 years post-residency experience in primary care
• CPSO licensure in good standing
• Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Strong mentorship and clinical quality interest
