Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coach a team of technicians in safety practices
• Plan and assess resources for commissioning activities




• Develop procedures for commissioning and safety compliance
• Oversee energization and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with CSA, NEC, IEEE, and local standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience with medium-voltage electrical systems
• Familiarity with MV switching and safety protocols
• Experience leading technical teams in electrical projects
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering
