Reporting to the Area Manager and the Director of HSE, your role focuses on supporting the internal HSE program. You will enhance documentation practices and drive safety initiatives throughout the organization. This position is designed for those who excel in a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify safety issues and coach leaders accordingly
• Maintain compliance trackers and safety reports
• Collaborate to ensure HSE program consistency
• Audit operations for compliance and safety
• Implement safety deliverables and competencies

Requirements:
• 10 years of experience in an HSE leadership role
• Solid knowledge of Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan legislation
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in incident management processes
• Preferred certification as CSP, CRSP, or similar
