This role supports the modernization of Ontario's Investigative Case Management Solution, focusing on data integration and compliance with accessibility standards. Drawing on your 8+ years of hands-on experience, you will contribute to designing solution enhancements and managing APIs, ensuring productive system performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and identify gaps in business requirements
• Develop functional and technical design documentation
• Configure and implement enhancements for ICMS




• Manage APIs for inbound and outbound data flows
• Facilitate quality assurance activities and knowledge transfer

Requirements:
• Onsite work required in Toronto five days a week
• 8+ years of experience in technical solutions development
