Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver inclusive and family-centered health care
• Collaborate for coordinated, holistic client support
• Supervise and mentor NP and medical learners




• Participate in outreach and health screening programs
• Provide on-call consultation to Nurse Practitioners

Requirements:
• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Current registration with Ontario medical regulatory body
• Experience with marginalized populations preferred
• Strong commitment to community health
• Willingness to take on flexible working hours
