• Maintain clear documentation of accounting policies
• Oversee revenue recognition standardization and project accounting

Requirements:
• CPA designation required in the US or Canada
• 10–15 years experience in accounting with multi-entity focus
• Solid experience managing and coaching accounting teams
• Familiarity with marketing agency or service environments
• In-depth knowledge of internal controls and audits
