Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize learning programs with SMEs for effective content
• Create engaging e-learning and interactive courses
• Manage end-to-end instructional design from analysis to evaluation
• Champion content excellence with up-to-date materials
• Research trends to innovate our learning offerings
Requirements:
• 3+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in SaaS
• Skilled in authoring tools like Camtasia and Synthesia
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Data-informed design decision-making
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
