This role will immerse you in the Data Center Solutions unit, where you will be deeply involved in advanced SoC design. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you’ll address technical challenges while ensuring compliance with design standards. You will develop critical skills and contribute directly to industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own design planning of pad rings and bump patterns
• Develop and maintain IO connectivity and pad definitions
• Validate physical design handoff deliverables for teams




• Ensure compliance with design standards and constraints
• Analyze IO-related issues and drive design improvements

Requirements:
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years' experience
• Hands-on experience with pad ring planning and IO design
• Knowledge of IO standards and PHY-level interfaces
• Proficient in EDA tools for IO planning
• Scripting skills in Tcl and/or Python
