Beginning in September with a 14-month term, you will report directly to the Executive Director & Counsel. Your responsibilities will encompass offering legal advice on corporate matters, preparing essential contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role also involves proactive management of risks and collaboration with key stakeholders across the University.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on corporate/commercial and procurement legal issues
• Draft, negotiate, and review various contracts
• Conduct risk management and legal research tasks




• Support compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on legal matters

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor's of Law (LL.B.) degree
• Five years of relevant legal experience required
• Knowledge in privacy law is beneficial
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Ability to navigate complex legal projects
