$56,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based commission

Blitz Franchise is growing, and we're looking for a Franchise Development Specialist to join our team.

This is a consultative sales role for someone who wants exposure to business, entrepreneurship, and how brands scale.

You'll work with prospective franchise owners who have already expressed interest in business ownership, helping them evaluate opportunities across the franchise brands we represent.

No traditional cold calling. No building prospect lists.

Your focus is on developing real opportunities, building relationships, and moving qualified candidates through the franchise development process.

What You'll Do
Lead discovery and qualification conversations with prospective franchise owners
Present franchise opportunities and business models
Manage your candidate pipeline from initial inquiry onward
Maintain strong follow-up and momentum
Work across multiple franchise brands and industries
Collaborate with franchise founders and leadership teams
Participate in ongoing sales coaching and development

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Organized and disciplined with follow-up
Comfortable taking ownership of a sales pipeline
Coachable and able to implement feedback
Commercially curious and interested in entrepreneurship
Able to work independently in a remote workplace

Ideally, you have 1 to 3+ years of sales, business development, recruitment, account management, or consultative sales experience.

Franchise experience is not required.

Location

This is a remote-first role for candidates located in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area, with flexibility for occasional in-person collaboration.
