The Ravines, Trails, Wayfinding & Special Projects Unit seeks a seasoned professional to deliver on diverse initiatives such as trail construction and shoreline stabilization. Candidates should have a deep understanding of capital project planning and execution, coupled with solid stakeholder engagement abilities. This role requires expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and effectively balancing municipal, community, and environmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and prioritize project milestones and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare project statements and financial assessments
• Monitor project scope and performance metrics
• Prepare reports and materials for senior management
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture or equivalent
• Significant experience with complex project management
• Expertise in environmental compliance and municipal processes
• Advanced skills in stakeholder communication and negotiation
• Ability to travel to various project sites
