• Mentor Quality Control team and certification personnel
• Ensure compliance with CARs and regulatory standards
• Oversee receiving and final inspections, and testing
• Review and approve technical records and releases
• Drive Root Cause Analysis and CAPA initiatives

Requirements:
• Valid Canadian AME-E Licence required
• 10+ years in avionics maintenance or inspection
• Leadership experience managing quality teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of airworthiness regulations
• Experience with quality systems and audits preferred
