You will work with studio leadership to create an optimal workplace for success while being accountable for the team's organization and performance. Your leadership will involve setting objectives and facilitating career growth for direct reports, as well as ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Producer department across one or more franchises
• Serve as a voice for Producers in meetings




• Partner with leadership on KPIs and organizational design
• Support team morale while managing conflicts
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and capacity

Requirements:
• Over 12 years of project management experience
• 5+ years experience in Jira and Confluence
• 3+ years in live-service game dev
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methods
• Excellent communication skills across team levels
