Join Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as the Campus Manager for the Men’s Recovery Program in Thunder Bay. This role is key for driving operational success and spiritual direction.

As Campus Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the program, ensuring it operates safely and in alignment with our mission of transforming lives through Christ. You will work closely with staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of servant leadership while monitoring client progress and program effectiveness. Community engagement and relationship-building will also be critical components of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support for campus staff
• Monitor program delivery and client outcomes
• Ensure adherence to health and organizational safety standards




• Manage campus operations and support financial planning
• Build partnerships with families and community organizations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• Experience in addiction services or ministry preferred
• Current First Aid Certification required
• Robust skills in communication and conflict resolution
• Valid driver’s license and clear background check
