As part of the Alternatives team, you'll report directly to the Regional CIO and oversee the Alternatives Investment Directors. Your leadership will guide the development of investment strategies across asset classes including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds. You'll also collaborate globally and represent Canada in Alternatives Committees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage teams focused on alternative investments
• Create client-focused strategies for private equity and debt
• Act as portfolio manager for fund-of-fund strategies




• Enhance product offerings with global investment solutions
• Design scalable investment alternatives for profitability and risk management

Requirements:
• 15+ years in alternatives investment and client advisory
• Advanced degree in finance; CFA and CAIA preferred
• Proven business development and revenue growth track record
• Robust project management and analytical skills
• Bilingual communication skills in French and English
