Key Responsibilities:
• Develop company-wide health and safety policies

• Conduct risk assessments to minimize incidents
• Oversee safety audits and inspections
• Manage health and safety training programs

Requirements:
• 10+ years in health and safety within manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Professional certification (CRSP/CSP highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
