As a Refrigeration Mechanic, you'll support a variety of building systems, including HVAC and electrical. This position calls for a Red Seal-certified professional with expertise in monitoring, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and BAS
• Ensure timely responses to alarm conditions
• Complete preventative maintenance and issue reporting
• Monitor contractor work for compliance to safety procedures
• Document equipment readings and report anomalies

Requirements:
• Must hold an active Red Seal Refrigeration License
• At least 3 years of industrial HVAC experience
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives is beneficial
• Prior experience with building automation systems
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
