As an internal-facing senior advisor, you'll guide teams in implementing Telefilm's EDIA framework. You'll analyze key data to identify systemic barriers and advise on best practices while supporting organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior advisory services for EDIA initiatives
• Facilitate the design and delivery of the EDIA plan
• Support governance and reporting for EDIA effectiveness




• Recommend actionable strategies to improve inclusion practices
• Monitor trends and engage internal sectors on EDIA progress

Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences or related discipline
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in equity and inclusion
• Solid skills in project management and stakeholder mobilization
• Effective communicator in both official languages
• Experience with EDIA in organizational transformation
