As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the Manufacturing Engineering function, responsible for all technical aspects of product development and production. Your leadership will ensure high-quality outcomes while enhancing safety and efficiency. You'll be leading a team to implement creative process technologies, addressing challenges, and supporting overall operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Determine equipment selection and design concepts
• Lead engineering support for new product launches
• Enhance overall equipment effectiveness in production




• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all programs
• Approve project documentation and technical plans

Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience in technical management
• Degree in Mechanical or related engineering field
• Extensive hands-on die casting expertise
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and engineering principles
• Microsoft 365 and CAD software proficiency
