Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver dedicated service to assigned group benefits clients
• Strengthen relationships with plan administrators and carriers
• Assist in the renewal and review processes alongside Senior consultants




• Generate and present comprehensive reports to clients
• Resolve claims issues and implement plan changes

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in advantages account management
• In-depth knowledge of benefit products: health, dental, disability
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
• CEBS, GBA, or LLQP designation is a plus
