In this position, you will execute HSE strategies and collaborate closely with various project teams. Your expertise in hazard assessments and risk management will be crucial in planning safe working conditions. You will also lead safety training programs, ensuring all staff are well-equipped for compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Atlantica’s HSE culture across sites
• Ensure projects comply with HSE procedures
• Conduct routine site inspections
• Organize and lead safety meetings and training sessions
• Manage OHS documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in construction safety
• Relevant diploma or degree preferred
• Familiarity with safety regulations and legislation
• Effective communication and training skills
• Clean driver’s abstract for site inspections
