As the Collections Analyst reporting to the Collections Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing collections and maintaining solid customer relationships. Your role includes proactively handling overdue invoices and using your problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies. This position involves significant interaction with various internal teams to optimize our cash flow operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection
• Communicate directly with clients for overdue payments
• Resolve billing issues in partnership with appropriate teams




• Update reporting on collection status and recommendations
• Perform account reconciliations with necessary adjustments

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a B2B collections role
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication adaptable to different stakeholders
• Experience preferred in Finance Shared Services
