A minimum of 3-4 years in recruitment and full bilingualism are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Talent Acquisition best practices in collaboration with leaders
• Understand the recruitment marketplace dynamics
• Proactively recruit via various sourcing channels
• Create and manage talent pipelines through campaigns
• Offer recommendations on latest recruiting tools
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Fully bilingual in French and English (written & spoken)
• Expertise in talent mapping and pipeline building
• Experience with ATS systems such as ICIMS
• Strong organizational and communication skills
