Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the analysis of RFPs and requirements
• Organize kickoff and pricing review sessions
• Track progress of technical and financial submissions
• Create innovative proposal templates and methodologies

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields
• At least five years of proposal development experience
• Robust command of French and English
• Familiarity with public-sector organizations in Canada
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
