This role involves managing account issues, guiding clients through examination processes, and preparing Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) reports. Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries for examination and repository services promptly
• Provide account management and password reset assistance
• Support examination scheduling,



eligibility, and withdrawals
• Prepare and deliver ECA reports efficiently
• Handle sensitive client information with integrity

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of front-line customer service experience
• Proven bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid attention to detail and confidentiality adherence
