This is an exciting opportunity for sales specialists who enjoy meeting people, helping homeowners improve their living spaces, and earning an income that reflects their performance.
What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners at pre-qualified appointments
Design custom storage and organization solutions
Present proposals and close sales in the home
Build value and guide clients through the design process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience with robust closing skills
Interior design, decorating, renovation, or space-planning experience is an asset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required)
Willingness to follow our proven sales process
