In this leadership position, you'll report to the Operations Manager and oversee 12-15 direct reports. Your main focus includes enforcing safety protocols, managing production schedules, and ensuring adherence to housekeeping practices. Engage in communicating with team members, documenting issues, and resolving any operational challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Oversee daily operations to meet production goals
• Manage shift maintenance effectively
• Maintain housekeeping standards across the workforce
• Create and analyze shift reports as needed

Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of production supervisory experience
• Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
